What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software basis the customer’s business goals, needs and general business environment creating software solutions.
You will:
Design, develop, and maintain Windows kernel-mode and user-mode drivers. Analyze and debug complex Windows kernel and driver-level issues using WinDbg and crash dump analysis.
Work closely with hardware teams to integrate and validate driver functionality with corresponding hardware components. Optimize driver performance and ensure system stability, reliability, and security.
Implement and maintain code adhering to best practices for memory management, IRQL handling, synchronization, and thread safety. Collaborate with cross-functional software and hardware engineering teams during the product development lifecycle.
Participate in Agile/Scrum activities — sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives. Document design specifications, driver architecture, and test validation results.
Support release engineering, build processes, and driver certification (WHQL/HLK).Protect intellectual property through adherence to internal IP policies and secure coding standards.

Essential Requirements
5–8 years of experience in Windows driver or system software development.
Strong programming skills in C/C++ for kernel and user-mode development.
Solid understanding of Windows internals — processes, threads, memory management, I/O subsystems, and synchronization mechanisms.
Experience with WinDbg, dump analysis, and Windows Performance Analyzer (WPA). Hands-on experience with driver frameworks (WDM, KMDF, UMDF).
Good understanding of debugging tools, compilers, and build systems (Visual Studio, MSBuild). Knowledge of Windows driver signing and certification (WHQL/HLK).
Desirable Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge in Python / any scripting language
