The Role

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • This role is 100% remote. Preference given to candidates residing in NY/NJ, Boston and Southern California.
  • Achieve top line Software & Advisory (S&A) revenue targets within ComplianceWire and LearnShare businesses
  • Drive the sale of high profit solutions within the enterprise account base
  • Execute, land and expand strategy to increase UL Solutions market penetration
  • Provide Customer Insights that will help develop new offering creation and its deployment and bundling of solutions.
  • Plan and coordinate the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets and customer segments in coordination with each business leader.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction, account growth, and expansion of services provided by S&A and sustaining customer loyalty for a group of new and key customers.
  • Execute go-to-market strategy in alignment with the commercial organization design principles.
  • Collaborate with each Business Leader on account & sales coverage options to achieve S&A growth objectives, as well as the marketing organization on portfolio strategy.
  • Set strategy for partnership with Tier II and Tier III regions
  • Develop, communicate and manage the successful performance of enterprise accounts revenue goals.
  • Understand and effectively leverage customer, industry, and internal sales information to drive performance and sustain a competitive edge.
  • Lead client engagement by developing and managing relationships at the C-Suite and middle management level for large customers.
  • Direct the development and execution of client engagement plans that detail business goals and strategies which deliver customer solutions.
  • Manage the performance of direct reports by developing accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing career counseling, feedback and guidance and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.
  • Set and meet specific quarterly or annual sales goals. Establish processes and systems to monitor and report progress to the CEO, senior team and board
  • The target annual pay range for this position is $165,000 - $232,500K which includes a base salary of $110,000-155,000 and 50% on target performance. Members of the sales function are eligible to participate in the UL Solutions Sales Incentive Plan. The annual target incentive for this position is 100% of the base salary, paid quarterly, and is contingent upon performance.
  • Employees are eligible for health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental & financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country, for the relevant position level. We also provide employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours). QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline. MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience managing sales teams
  • Deep understanding of Pharmaceutical industry, Quality Management and Risk-Management
  • Significant experience selling LMS solutions in highly regulated environment
  • Experienced executive in Software, Consulting, Digital, and Technical business are desired
  • Strong foundation in formal account planning, sales strategy development, sales tracking, portfolio selling and measurement.
  • Ability to interact with customers throughout all levels of organization including highly visible activities such as negotiating, presenting, and selling.
  • Focused with a clear vision and the proven ability to think strategically
  • Ability to work and lead in a matrixed organizational structure.

  • Digitally and tech-savvy with Business and Financial acumen
