Who you are:
As a Quality Engineering Manager, you are our leader. In this role, you will oversee and manage software quality engineering teams to maintain multiple projects that support key business initiatives. You will help develop and implement strategy to ensure all information systems products and services meet minimum organization standards. Job Duties:
Identify testing dependencies, risks, impacted systems, and business critical issues. Participate in Quality Engineering (QE) team management and team building activities. Provide technical leadership and expertise to evaluate the quality of technical processes and products and bring forward opportunities for improvement. Develop capacity plan for department resources and assign projects based on prioritized initiatives to ensure efficient operation. Synthesize testing results and other measures into meaningful reports to enable technical and business stakeholders to make informed decisions. Lead a team to ensure high engagement and provide effective work direction, professional development, and performance management. Work with team and develop automation framework using AI / ML technologies to automate web, desktop, and mobile application in the portfolio. Manage/supervise Test Leads, Quality Engineers, and Automation Engineers, who work all the quality engineering activities for projects in the shared services portfolio, such as prepare test strategies, prepare test plans, develop automation test scripts, and execute all the planned tests along with defect tracking and reporting. In connection with above duties, utilize experience in Quality Engineering; Leading quality engineering team; Test automation frameworks along with CI/CD DevOps implementation; Domain and technology in the fields of Banking, Contact Center, Content Management, Salesforce, and RPA Implementation; Implementing large scale quality engineering projects; Agile methodologies; Multiple functional/regression testing tools; Functional and non functions testing techniques; Automation / CI/CD tools such as Selenium, Hit, and Jenkins; Test management tools like Jira and qTest; and IVR testing and IVR automation tools.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field plus 6 years experience in job offered or 6 years experience in related occupation using experience in the following: Quality Engineering. Also requires 3 years experience in the following: Leading quality engineering team; Test automation frameworks along with CI/CD DevOps implementation; Domain and technology in the fields of Banking, Contact Center, Content Management, Salesforce, and RPA Implementation; Implementing large scale quality engineering projects; Agile methodologies; Multiple functional/regression testing tools; Functional and non functions testing techniques; Automation / CI/CD tools such as Selenium, Hit, and Jenkins; Test management tools like Jira and qTest; and IVR testing and IVR automation tools. Experience may be gained concurrently. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
