- Test Implementation: Translate established automation strategies into high-quality test suites using C# (or your primary language) within the MSTest framework.
- AI-Enhanced Automation: Proactively use GitHub Copilot to generate test scripts, refactor code, and optimize the maintenance of the automation suite.
- Mobile & UI Automation: Develop and maintain automated tests for Web and Mobile platforms, following the team’s existing framework patterns and best practices.
- API Testing: Implement automated API validation (RESTful services) to ensure backend stability and data integrity.
CI/CD Execution: Manage, execute, and monitor automated tests within Azure Pipelines; troubleshoot build failures to maintain a "green" pipeline. - Test Maintenance: Update existing test cases to reflect product changes and improve execution efficiency within the established framework.
- Collaboration: Actively participate in the Agile lifecycle using Azure Boards to track progress and report defects.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in software testing and automation.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in C# is preferred; however, candidates with expertise in Java, Python, or TypeScript who are willing to work in a C# environment are encouraged to apply.
- Testing Frameworks: Hands-on experience with MSTest (or equivalent like NUnit, JUnit, or PyTest).
- DevOps Tools: Practical experience using Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, and Test Plans) for test management and execution.
- AI Literacy: Demonstrated ability to use GitHub Copilot (or similar AI assistants) to improve coding speed and quality.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and basic SQL for database verification.
