You will support a program in the Cyber & Analytics Business Area. You will serve as a member of a team with the responsibility of ensuring the highest quality service is provided to our customer through the generation and control of program processes, performance of regularly scheduled internal process audits, and the consistent facilitation of structured improvement activities. The successful candidate will be an agent for change, possess high energy, have a passion for quality, and be self-motivated. The environment demands the ability to quickly establish working relationships with coworkers/customers in various locations.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities

Integrate closely with the program team to implement and execute the Quality Management System QMS for Software Development and Test.

Recommend, facilitate, track, and report on continuous process improvement activities in Software Development and Test.

Assist with the program instantiation of the QMS and the deployment and implementation of appropriate QMS processes in Software Development and Test.

Support the development and collection of performance metrics.

Document and work to resolve nonconformities and requirement escapes via root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action.

Support Leidos reporting, such as Quality Management Reviews, In Process Reviews, Weekly Activity Reports, and Monthly Operational Reviews.
Basic Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and at least 8 years of relevant experience. Additional experience may be substituted for a degree.

Must have at least 2 years of experience with Java/Java Scripts, Static and Dynamic Analysis Tools, DevOps.

Must have experience with or in-depth knowledge of software development quality assurance program management plans and/or internal process audits.

Must have experience with or strong familiarity with providing Quality Management for Software Development and IT Service Management Projects.

Must have experience with or strong familiarity with peer reviews and process auditing.
-
Must have experience collecting and analyzing data and producing actionable metrics.

Must have experience related to recommending, facilitating, tracking, and reporting on continuous process improvement activities in Software Development and Test.

Ability to multi-task, complete tasks without direct supervision, and function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Excellent verbal and written skills.

Proficiency with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, & Project).
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in Software Development Management, Software/System Risk Management, and/or with Software/IT Contingency and Disaster Recovery Planning and Operations.

Experience with 508 compliance.

Pay Range:Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
