Position Overview:
The Software QC Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and quality of software orders processed through Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This role involves verifying quotes, SPA, and margins, approving or rejecting orders with clear reasoning, maintaining vendor and process documentation, and acting as a liaison between sales, support, and brand teams. The specialist also provides training and reporting to ensure process clarity and order accuracy across the organization.

 

What You Will Do as a Software Quality Control Specialist:

Employees employed in the role of Software Quality Control Specialist shall be required to apply their independent mind and demonstrate intellectual abilities in their decision-making.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Looking after Software Order on CRM and ensuring the quality control
  • Software QC Specialist can approve and reject orders on the basis of valid reasoning using the Microsoft dynamics CRM
  • Helping the AE’s / CSS’s / SwE’s in correction of software orders
  • Quotes verification and validation
  • SPA and margin verification of every order
  • Communicating the rejection and sharing the reasons to ensure correctness
  • Maintaining the Software QC Ops Process document on SharePoint
  • Maintaining the Zones Vendor Information (ZVI) database for the requirements of placing software orders
  • Verification of order agreement and other details using the respective vendor portals
  • Working as a liaison between Sales/support teams and brand champions for approval of urgent orders
  • To develop professional relationship with Zones PPM teams, credit and purchasing team
  • Providing guidelines / trainings to AE’s/ CSS’s / SwE’s or teams to explain them how Software QC process works and any other information regarding placing the software orders
  • Managing and reporting day to day activities of every order, rejection and complete visibility of work.
  • Periodic reporting (Daily/weekly) to Lead/Manager about the QC orders
  • Any other task assigned by the Manager

 

What you will bring to the team:

Education Requirements/Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certification or training in Quality Assurance, CRM tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics), or Software Procurement will be a plus.
