Job Description
Basic Requirements
Must-Have:
At least 5 years of experience in either software development or manufacturing.
Background in LMR, telecom, or mission-critical communications products.
Expertise in quality processes and metrics
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, scrum and Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as EasyBI, Tableau
Proficiency in (Product Lifecycle Management) PLM
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and identify root causes
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Practical experience with Root Cause Analysis and Defect Management.
Basic proficiency in Jira, Tableau, and Excel.

Nice to Have:
Working understanding of automated test scripts and frameworks using tools such as C#, Java Script, CSS/HTML, Typescript, and SQL
Certification in quality assurance, or Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt holder

Bachelor’s degree in Software, Electrical, or Computer Engineering or similar STEM degree (Master’s preferred)
