Software QA Test Lead

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and design comprehensive test plans.
• Create detailed test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.
• Focus on software engineering projects with an emphasis on Quality Assurance testing and deployment.
• Execute manual and automated tests to verify the functionality, reliability, and performance of software applications.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure new features do not impact existing functionalities adversely.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using established defect tracking tools.
• Provide clear and detailed reports on defects, including steps to reproduce and potential impact.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the development team to integrate automated tests into the continuous integration (CI) pipeline.
• Possess at least 3 years of experience testing and evaluating production enterprise applications in AWS or other cloud environments.
• Experience testing and evaluating applications developed and deployed using Agile methodology.
• Proficiency in Selenium automation testing and performing web-based testing analysis.

Minimum Qualifications

• Educational requirement: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology Management, or Engineering.
• Experience working with Automation Testing and DevOps Tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in testing methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently
