The specialist will be charged with developing a complete QA program that not only safeguards product quality but also fosters a culture in which all employees are actively engaged.
- Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards
- Maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions
- Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits
- Develop improved standards for production and design, and create testing protocols for implementation across all service lines
- Identify training needs and take action to ensure companywide compliance
- Pursue continuing education in new solutions, technologies, and skills
RequirementsResponsibilities
- Experience driving cross-team technical discussions with an understanding of SDLC concepts
- Understanding of testing techniques (e.g. performance, unit, integration, automated), their strengths and weakness, and their ability to use them to the best effect
- Hands-on Strong Automation using Java/Selenium experience in UI
- Good knowledge/ working experience in implementing CI/CD (GitLab, Maven- Jenkins, SonarQube, SauceLabs), etc.
- Good experience in Version control/Source control management tools like Bitbucket, GitHub
- Hands-on experience in the creation of a Test Strategy, Test Plan, and Test Summary Report
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring, and Testing Techniques.
- Develop and executes maintainable automation tests in a quick span with high quality for acceptance, functional, and regression test cases
- Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
- Superb computer skills, including database management
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in best practices for testing, version control, and defect management
