Summary of Role:
We are seeking a highly driven Software Program Manager (SPM) to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across our engineering organization. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and business operations, ensuring seamless execution of software programs from concept through delivery.
The ideal candidate brings strong program execution discipline, technical fluency, and the ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product management, application and technology teams on requirements
Build and manage detailed program plans, including schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risks
Own end-to-end delivery of complex software programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality expectations
Drive predictable execution through rigorous tracking, reporting, and issue resolution
Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints. Implement mitigation strategies and escalate issues appropriately.
Provide clear, concise updates to leadership on program status, risks, and key decisions. Drive executive-level reviews and stakeholder alignment.

Work closely with architects, hardware designers, firmware teams and silicon
Work with Finance, IT and other business and corporate entities as needed
Support internal and external audits
Establish and refine program management best practices, tools, and operating rhythms

Required Qualifications:
Education – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Experience - Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management within a software or technology environment
Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale software programs
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, MS project, MS Excel or similar program tracking systems.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Strong sense of urgency in driving execution and decision-making in a dynamic environment
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Experience managing globally distributed teams.
Technical background enabling effective engagement with engineering teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong planning & organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in large-scale engineering environments or enterprise systems (e.g., cloud, enterprise software, semiconductor/EDA, or systems software).
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Expected Salary Range
$167,000.00 - $275,000.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
