Software Product Release Manager

The RoleEnablement, and other cross-functional stakeholders to collect, validate, and synthesize release readiness information across technical, commercial, deployment, and enablement domains. You will help connect product capabilities with customer deployment requirements, pricing strategy, commercial models, and go-to-market readiness to support successful product launches.
This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to organize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations that improve release quality, visibility, and organizational alignment.

Your Impact

• Coordinate collection of release readiness inputs across technical readiness, quality, commercial readiness, deployment readiness, and enablement readiness.
• Validate and organize cross-functional readiness data to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
• Maintain release readiness tracking and support decision-ready reporting for governance reviews.
• Synthesize readiness inputs into concise release summaries highlighting risks, dependencies, gaps, and recommended actions.
• Identify patterns across product, operational, and commercial readiness activities to improve release execution.
• Connect product capabilities with customer deployment requirements, enablement activities, and commercial implications.
• Partner with Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Services, Sales Enablement, and other stakeholders to improve release visibility and accountability.
• Support alignment between release enablement, deployment approaches, commercial models, pricing strategy, and broader go-to-market initiatives.
• Facilitate communication across functional teams to ensure readiness activities remain aligned throughout the release lifecycle.
• Support release governance forums by preparing materials, documenting decisions, tracking action items, and following up with stakeholders.
• Help improve release management templates, scorecards, dashboards, and operating mechanisms across the product portfolio.
• Support additional initiatives related to release strategy, launch planning, portfolio readiness, and operational process improvements.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Product Management, or a related field required.
• 6 plus years of relevant experience.
• **Project Manager skills will be helpful in this to facilitate the various task effectively.**
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience will be considered.
• Experience supporting release management, product operations, commercial strategy, go-to-market planning, pricing, deployment planning, enablement, or a related software business function.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data to validate inputs, identify gaps, and develop meaningful summaries for stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating across technical, product, and commercial organizations in a software development environment.
• Familiarity with enterprise software, SaaS, or industrial software release processes is preferred.
• Experience with release governance, portfolio management, or sales and customer enablement processes is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software release management processes and cross-functional release readiness.
• Understanding of how go-to-market strategy, pricing strategy, commercial model design, deployment planning, and enablement intersect throughout the software release lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize, validate, and synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
• Excellent attention to detail with sound judgment and the ability to identify risks, dependencies, and operational gaps.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and coordinate across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Proficiency in developing reports, dashboards, scorecards, and release documentation to support executive decision-making.
