As a Software Product Manager at SRAM, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of features across a suite of innovative software products. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and fellow product managers to advance our mission. You'll be the voice of the rider, a champion of product excellence, and a compelling storyteller who inspires both internal teams and external partners. Your work will shape the future of connected cycling experiences.
Responsibilities
- Drive the creation of best-in-class software products that elevate the riding experience.
- Develop and communicate product roadmaps aligned with company strategy and rider needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership to ensure alignment and execution.
- Analyze customer insights, market trends, and product analytics to define success metrics and evaluate impact.
- Use data to inform decisions and prioritize features that deliver measurable user and business value.
- Serve as the central point of contact for your product area, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
- Partner with UX teams to ensure seamless and intuitive customer experiences.
- Support go-to-market strategies and product launches with compelling messaging and positioning.
- Represent the product at industry events and support pre- and post-sale education efforts.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software product management, ideally with cloud-based or connected devices.
- 4+ years building products with a strong user experience focus.
- Experience working at the intersection of hardware and software.
- Deep understanding of the health, wellness, or athletic performance markets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to influence and inspire across teams.
- Strong product intuition backed by data-driven decision-making.
- Comfortable managing multiple initiatives at various stages of development.
- Business-savvy with a clear understanding of how products drive value.
- Proven experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Passion for cycling to support product development.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%, both domestically and internationally.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary starting at $85,000, with potential up to 70% higher based on experience.
- Annual corporate bonus eligibility based on company and individual performance.
