The Role

Overview
As a Product Manager, you will drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of features across a suite of software products. In this "player/coach" role, you will partner closely with engineers, designers, and other product managers to advance the Hammerhead mission and empower our riders to use our products to make every ride better than the last. In addition to driving feature development forward, the Product Manager will be responsible for representing the voice of the rider and guiding go-to-market strategies. You will be a great storyteller that can inspire customers around the future of our products!
Responsibilities

  • Helping us create best-in-class products that are ubiquitous with a great ride
  • Developing product roadmaps and building alignment cross-functionally and with the executive team
  • Communicating and maintaining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your team's current and future products
  • Analyze customer insights, industry trends and analytics for assigned features. Defining success metrics and continuously evaluating whether our initiatives are creating value for our customers and our business
  • Leveraging data to make informed decisions using product analytics, support data, and qualitative research data
  • Being the point person for the product team between design, engineering, marketing, and leadership
  • Improving and adding features that create both user value and measurably drive business impact
  • Ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery of our product roadmap
  • Partner with user experience teams on how customer experience will be implemented


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience of Software Product Management products, preferably with cloud-based products and connected devices
  • Experience working at the intersection of hardware and software products
  • 4+ years building high-quality consumer-facing products people love
  • Strong understanding of the health, wellness, and athletic performance products and market
  • Outstanding teammate with strong communication and partner leadership skills that strives to build positive collaborations with stakeholders
  • A strong sense for product prioritization and sequencing driven by instincts and informed by data
  • Multi-tasking and context-switching: you like working on multiple concurrent initiatives in different stages of development
  • Business acumen: ability to understand key drivers of our business and how our products can best deliver business value
  • Proven track record of partnering with cross functional teams through conceptualization, design and delivery of digital and software products
  • You've got proven experience with Agile and Scrum work processes
  • Humility, empathy and open-mindedness

  • Starting salary $85,000 + up to 70% based on skills and experience level. This position is eligible for an annual corporate bonus based on company and individual performance.
