What you’ll achieve
As a Software Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software based on the customer’s business goals, needs and general business environment creating software solutions.
You will:
- Contribute to the quality of software/storage environments
- Understand design, functional, technical and/or user documentation, as needed
- Develop, review and implement test strategies for software products and systems.

Essential Requirements

8+ years of experience with solid working knowledge in storage area/system side: File Systems, NFS.

Strong ability to work in Linux OS environments (RHEL, SuSe, Fedora etc.)

Ability to conduct manual testing independently on storage products and applications. Ability to create test plans, strategies and executing them.

Ability to code in Python, debug problems independently.
Desirable Requirements
-
End-to-end working knowledge of any backup/storage application, Cloud Computing – AWS/Azure/GCP, Linux system internals, UNIX system API. Understanding of Jira and Confluence applications. Good understanding of Jenkins, Docker and Kubernetes applications
