ob Responsibilities
- Design and develop PEGA applications, including case types, flows, user interfaces, and system integrations.
- Convert business workflows into PEGA rule-driven implementations to deliveraccurateand efficient automation.
- Integrate PEGA workflows with RIS systems of record across various technology stacks , such as Java APIs, SOAP, REST, MQ, mainframe, MFT, event-based integrations, direct SQL, and NoSQL databases both on-premises and in the cloud.
- Demonstrate programmingproficiencyin Java, Python, SQL, and PowerShell.
- Applyexpertisein cloud architecture, Pega-as-a-Service, and modern deployment models.
- Conduct unit, integration, and regression testing for PEGA workflows to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in PEGA applications using logs, tracer, and clipboard tools.
- Implement robust error handling, queuing mechanisms, self-healing, and integration resiliency patterns.
- Maintain strict adherence to enterprise guardrails, security standards, naming conventions, and ruleset versioning throughout development.
- Participate in PI planning sessions, contribute to roadmap definition, and deliverminimumviableproduct (MVP) workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Owners, Architects, QA, DevOps, and Operations, to achieve projectobjectives.
- Utilize Pega Blueprint to ideate and prototype workflow designs by uploading business requirements, documentation, screenshots, and process diagrams for AI-driven synthesis into workflows, personas, and data models.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to iteratively refine Blueprint-generated case types, stages, steps, integrations, and personas.
- Convert outputs from Blueprint into Pega App Studio and Dev Studio applications, continuously shaping workflows, UI screens, data objects, and integration points to produce production-ready designs.
- Stay current with the latest Pega platform advancements, cloud capabilities, industry best practices, and AI tools such as PEGA decisioning, Customer Decision Hub (CDH), and next best actions strategies using predictive and adaptive models.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience implementing solutions using PEGA PRPC.
- Knowledge of workflow automation, case management, and integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations, includingexpertisewith JSON and XML formats.
- Understanding of PEGA guardrails, rulesets, and application structures.
- Experience using Pega Blueprint for workflow ideation and rapid prototyping, with the ability to convert requirements into Blueprint-importable artifacts.
- Familiarity with Pega GenAI Blueprint features, such as artifact ingestion, AI-generated case lifecycles, persona design, and data-object modeling.
- Experience importing Blueprint designs into Pega App Studio and refining generated application structures.
Preferred Qualifications
- PEGA certifications, such as PCSA, PCSSA, or CLSA.
- Experience integrating PEGA with pension SOR systems like ACE, RDS, PCTS, GPAY, and RAP.
- Knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), workflow transformation, and Agile delivery methodologies.
