What You'll Do In Your Software Internship:
- Provide first-line support to clients by troubleshooting issues, answering queries, and guiding them through software features and functionality.
- Learn and contribute to creating plans for how businesses can use technology effectively.
- Support the team with project documentation, testing, and quality checks during software rollouts.
- Learn about Zoho's software solutions and how they can help our clients.
- Collaborate with team members to guarantee seamless implementation, integration, and functionality of all project components.
- Log, track, and follow up on client support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Consistently improve your skillset through provided training, online self-learning, and certifications.
What We're Looking For In A Software Intern:
- Individuals studying towards or have completed a diploma/bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related field (preferred but not compulsory).
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Excellent communicators with strong written and verbal skills.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated individuals who take initiative.
- Enthusiasts for continuous learning and teaching.
Requirements
- You will need to be based in the Somerset West or surrounding area. You'll need to be in DSL Telecom’s office in Somerset West on a regular basis so we are open to local candidates only!
Schedule:
- 8 hours Monday to Friday
