The Software Integration & Test Engineer prepares, configures, and validates the Test Equipment and automation frameworks used in satellite hardware testing. Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Software, Computer, or Electrical Engineering
5+ years test automation/HIL systems experience

Qualifications:

2+ years test automation/HIL systems experience.
3+ years software and Windows Powershell/Linux bash shell proficiency
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD.
Knowledge of performance testing and security testing techniques.
Strong proficiency in Linux server management, including shell scripting and system troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization and environment management.
Familiarity with Python and LabVIEW for test automation and hardware interfacing.
Experience with IP network protocols and configurations in a software integration context.
Familiarity with aerospace software validation standards.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s in Computer/Electrical Engineering.
Prior aerospace or avionics software I&T experience.
Familiarity with NASA test documentation standards.

Other Requirements

Onsite in Redmond, WA; lab presence required.

Compensation

The base pay range for this role is $101,154 – $117,820 per year.
