Sr. Software Implementation Specialist 

US Headquarters: Las Colinas, Irving TX

We are seeking a Sr. Software Implementation Specialist to join our Professional Services team supporting our ERP software Implementation in the US. This individual will play a pivotal role in implementation and deploying our software solutions in our Agriculture, Oil & Gas, and Retail domain groups.  

This position offers a defined career path with the opportunity to advance to a Project Manager and Director role.

Position Overview

As a Software Implementation Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring seamless integration, configuration, and adoption of our software to meet customers' unique needs. Guide our clients to understand iRely implementation requirements and align expectations. This role involves a blend of technical proficiency, functional expertise, and customer-facing skills, requiring occasional travel to work directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:

  • Lead requirements-gathering sessions to understand customer needs and business processes. Support Implementation from Sales handover to go-live
  • Provide top-notch customer service to large and strategic customers.
  • Support customers through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.  Deliver training sessions for both trainers and end users, ensuring successful software adoption.
  • Interface with customers at all levels
  • Participate in customer meetings and sales events.
  • Provide customer training 

Implementation & Deployment:

  • Configure and build the iRely Store Suite to align with customer requirements.
  • Execute project tasks in collaboration with project managers to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Provide on-site and remote support during escalations, go-live, and post-go-live phases.
  • Follow established implementation standards set by the Professional Services Organization 
  • Assess and resolve complex project challenges, focusing on quality-driven solutions.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree of equivalent years’ work experience
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and GL
  • Experienced working with JIRA, Excel
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with ERP based software product implementations from sales handoff to go-live, including integration and training.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to travel 20% in US

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3 to 5 years of experience with ERP software product implementation
  • Industry experience in Oil & Gas, Petroleum, or similar
  • Experience in Agriculture or Coffee trade industry
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects
  • Willingness to travel 20%
