We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle SQL Database Developer / PL/SQL Expert to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining backend database solutions that support mission-critical business applications. This role requires strong expertise in Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL programming, along with experience integrating enterprise systems through Web Services and APIs using C#/.NET technologies.

Responsibilities- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize Oracle database objects including:

- Packages
- Functions
- Triggers
- Views
- Materialized Views
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient database solutions.
- Develop and troubleshoot complex SQL and PL/SQL code for enterprise applications.
- Perform database performance tuning, query optimization, and indexing strategies.
- Support data migration, data integration, and ETL-related activities.
- Develop and maintain interfaces between backend systems using REST/SOAP web services and APIs.
- Collaborate with .NET developers to integrate database components with enterprise applications.
- Participate in system design reviews and provide recommendations for database architecture improvements.
- Develop unit tests and support integration testing activities.
- Contribute to CI/CD initiatives and deployment automation processes.
- Provide production support, root cause analysis, and timely resolution of issues.
- Create technical documentation and maintain coding standards and best practices.
- Work effectively within Agile/Scrum development teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, MCA, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Oracle databases.
