Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Software Engineer/Product Owner to join our WholeSale Bank Squad Team of Internal Customer tribe

Your key responsibilities:

As a Internal Customer Software Engineer/Product Owner function you will:

Product Owners (POs) develop the product vision and define what to do to get there. You define the priorities, manage the backlog and relevant stakeholders, and ultimately deliver value together with your Squad.

  • Ensure the purpose of your Squad is aligned with the Tribe’s purpose and your main stakeholders
  • Help your Squad to deliver value incrementally and iteratively
  • Deliver input for the QBR cycle to the Area Lead on status and plans, along with impediments, improvements and dependencies
  • Update your Tribe and other POs on new developments that can have an impact on the portfolio, and discuss progress and impediments
  • Provide the “What” and the “Why” (the functional perspective) and ensure that Squad improvement and development ideas are aligned with the product vision and how to get there
  • Clarify the value of the work items and you help the Squad to get them into a state of readiness
  • Bring a prioritized backlog and help your Squad use their expertise to come up with a Sprint goal
  • Is accountable to get the feedback from your stakeholders regarding the output of your Sprint

In your tribe along with the Area Lead and ITAL, 

  • maintain high standards in our stakeholder’s management
  • add value to the business
  • help improve our delivery practices 
  • are responsible of the transformation agenda applicable to the assets of the domain 
  • are responsible of keeping the alignment with group standards 
  • are responsible of ensuring the required levels of service in all environments with the assets under scope
