Your Impact 

As a Engineering Technical Leader, you will serve as a primary technical driver for the Partner Hub. You will provide high-level architectural guidance, lead the development of complex features, and ensure our platform remains scalable, secure, and resilient. By collaborating closely with Product Management and cross-functional engineering teams, you will translate intricate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions. Your leadership will directly influence the success of our global partner network while fostering a culture of engineering excellence and professional growth within the team. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Drive the design, strategy, and execution of complex platform enhancements and feature sets for the Webex Partner Hub. 

  • Provide expert architectural oversight and rigorous code reviews to uphold the highest standards of system performance, scalability, and maintainability. 

  • Serve as a bridge between Product Management, UX, and engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-impact technical solutions. 

  • Champion industry best practices in CI/CD, security, observability, and automated testing to sustain a high-velocity, resilient development environment. 

  • Serve as a technical mentor to junior and mid-level engineers, driving a culture of continuous learning and technical advancement. 

  • Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve system-wide technical bottlenecks to ensure platform reliability and long-term stability. 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent practical field. 

  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on enterprise-grade systems. 

  • Deep expertise in modern web technologies, scalable API design, and cloud-native architectures. 

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality, complex software solutions within a SaaS or cloud-based environment. 

  • Demonstrated history of leading technical projects and navigating cross-functional team dynamics. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Demonstrated ability to provide visionary technical leadership and influence architectural direction across multiple engineering teams. 

  • Proven experience in driving alignment and strategy across complex, cross-functional organizational boundaries. 

  • Extensive background in architecting or managing large-scale B2B or partner-facing portals. 

  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies and advanced DevOps practices. 

  • Experience with Webex or similar enterprise collaboration platforms. 

  • A strong, demonstrated passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing technical talent.

  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse, non-technical stakeholders.
