Salesforce Inc. seeks Software Engineering MTS in Palo Alto, CA:

Job Duties: Architect, design, implement, test and deliver highly scalable products. Master our development process, culture, and code base, then improve it. Work closely with a team of engineers, product managers, user experience experts and performance engineers to build new features our customers will love, adopt, and use while keeping our trusted platform stable and scalable. Develop test strategies, design automation frameworks, write unit/functional tests to drive up code coverage and automation metrics. Analyze, design and develop test cases and implement automated test suites. Operate as scrum lead for an agile scrum team, running daily standups and working with stakeholders on work prioritization. Use modern DevOps principles to build, deploy and uplift existing platform services. Participate in on-call rotation, triaging issues as they are reported and monitoring service health dashboards to take preventative action as necessary. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and six (6) months of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).

Salary: $172,931.00 - $188,600.00 per annum.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $172,931 to $188,600.
