About the RoleWe are looking for a Software Engineering Manager experienced in iPaaS and external APIs. You would be the manager for our small team of integration engineers owning our in-app integrations center and external facing API. We are looking for someone customer obsessed, who can lead, with strong technical skills and a positive attitude. As a technical lead you will be expected to lead with high levels of integrity and embrace the MAS TACOS values. Integrations is a strategic growth area in the company and your work will be visible at the highest levels.
What You'll Do In The RoleBe responsible for all engineering aspects of integrations at Limble
Balance internal and external requirements
Build team cohesion and morale, help developers continue to deliver at a high level
Build solid, scaleable, and maintainable integrations using an embedded iPaaS both in no code and full code environments.
Own a customer facing API, including adding features, updating underlying architecture and deployments.
Work closely with the developers to help maintain coding standards and best practices.
We work in a scrum-light environment which includes standups and Jira ticket tracking.
5+ years experience in software development
iPaaS experience such as Make, Mulesoft Workato,Boomi, Prizmatic, Zapier, or related systems
Experience as a people manager
Experience acting as a technical lead on projects
NodeJS/Typescript
Driven to have positive impact on fellow engineers and customers
SQL (MySQL / Mariadb)
Strong track record of delivering projects with broad business impact
Passion for writing excellent code
Attention to detail & quality
$150,000 - $190,000 USD annually, depending on experience
