Lead and develop a team of Small and MidMarket Account Executives in a B2B SaaS environment. Responsibilities include coaching, weekly one-on-ones, solution and value selling, quota attainment, KPI and performance analysis, sales process improvement, pipeline generation, forecasting, and CRM documentation. The role is fully remote but limited to candidates in Pacific, Mountain, or Central U.S. time zones.

Own Limble’s integrations strategy, roadmap, external API, and partner ecosystem. Define priorities using market research, competitive analysis, and enterprise workflow needs. Collaborate with partnerships, engineering, scrum teams, and peer product managers to specify integration workflows, data mappings, event models, sync designs, documentation, and technical requirements. Manage cross-team dependencies, partner enablement, API versioning, consumer migration, and delivery outcomes across ERP, HRIS, procurement, inventory, IoT, SCADA, and industrial operations systems.

Build and maintain embedded iPaaS integrations and the public API. Design, implement, and support integrations (ERP, IoT) and API features, participate in code reviews, triage integration issues, lead small initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to architecture, documentation, and engineering mentorship.

Lead design and implementation of customer-facing APIs and Prismatic-based integrations; drive architecture, scaling, reliability, code quality, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver low-defect, maintainable integration solutions.

Drive revenue by prospecting and closing new enterprise SaaS accounts. Manage pipeline, perform deep discovery, deliver tailored product demos, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer adoption and accurate forecasting.

General talent pipeline for Account Executive (full-cycle net-new sales) and Account Manager (post-sale renewals and expansion). Seeking quota-achieving AEs or AMs who use CRMs (Salesforce/HubSpot), follow a sales process, and communicate effectively with multiple customer stakeholders. Applications reviewed on a rolling basis and retained for up to six months. OTE ranges $140K–$300K depending on level and experience.

Develop and maintain automated UI and API test frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript. Extend and harden AI automation frameworks and integrate tests into CI/CD. Create test plans, execute automated tests, analyze results, report defects, and collaborate with development and QA teams to improve quality and processes.

Own Limble's web marketing strategy and Webflow platform, driving technical SEO, LLM/AI-search visibility, UX/design standards, developer collaboration, performance reporting, migrations, and integrations to improve site speed, conversions, and pipeline contribution.

Lead and scale Limble’s UX function: manage and grow a multidisciplinary design team, embed data-driven practices (Pendo, A/B testing, NPS), leverage AI to boost design productivity, own onboarding/in-app content and instructional design, evolve the design system, and partner with Product, Engineering, CS, and Marketing to drive adoption and retention.

Lead and grow a data and analytics engineering team to design and own Limble's analytical data infrastructure, reporting framework, data pipelines, and governance. Partner with product to translate analytics needs, enforce SLAs and observability for data freshness and quality, drive architectural decisions, and remain hands-on to review designs and unblock the team.

Lead end-to-end design and delivery of large web features, mentor junior engineers, raise code quality through reviews and pairing, drive technical decisions, operate in React/GraphQL stacks, apply AI-assisted development, participate in hiring, and support on-call rotations to deliver high-quality, maintainable SaaS software.
