Lead and scale Limble's visual identity and brand expression across web, print, and motion. Produce high-quality collateral, manage end-to-end creative projects, integrate motion into marketing channels, collaborate cross-functionally, advise stakeholders, and build brand frameworks and creative pipelines to support growth.

Lead design and implementation of customer-facing APIs and Prismatic-based integrations; drive architecture, scaling, reliability, code quality, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver low-defect, maintainable integration solutions.

Lead and scale Limble’s UX function: manage and grow a multidisciplinary design team, embed data-driven practices (Pendo, A/B testing, NPS), leverage AI to boost design productivity, own onboarding/in-app content and instructional design, evolve the design system, and partner with Product, Engineering, CS, and Marketing to drive adoption and retention.

Own and maintain the integrated three-statement financial model; lead budgeting and rolling forecasts; track SaaS unit economics and KPIs; build dashboards and scenario analyses; partner with department heads on headcount, procurement, ROI, and translate financial insights for leadership and the board.

Build and maintain embedded iPaaS integrations and the public API. Design, implement, and support integrations (ERP, IoT) and API features, participate in code reviews, triage integration issues, lead small initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to architecture, documentation, and engineering mentorship.

Lead and grow a data and analytics engineering team to design and own Limble's analytical data infrastructure, reporting framework, data pipelines, and governance. Partner with product to translate analytics needs, enforce SLAs and observability for data freshness and quality, drive architectural decisions, and remain hands-on to review designs and unblock the team.

Lead end-to-end design and delivery of large web features, mentor junior engineers, raise code quality through reviews and pairing, drive technical decisions, operate in React/GraphQL stacks, apply AI-assisted development, participate in hiring, and support on-call rotations to deliver high-quality, maintainable SaaS software.

Lead technical accounting and monthly/annual close, drive audit readiness, oversee accounts payable, strengthen controls and accounting infrastructure, implement AI-enabled automation and ERP optimizations, support M&A and investor reporting for a high-growth SaaS company.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will prospect leads, make outbound calls and emails, collaborate with Account Executives, and achieve appointment quotas.
