- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- 4+ years of experience in software operations, including CI/CD, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), observability, application support, and maintenance.
- 2+ years of experience in technical planning and solution architecture.
- Experience collaborating across global or international markets.

This position is a range of salary grade LL6 $132,800 – $250,800
SOUTHEAST MI RESIDENTS: This role is posted as remote unless you reside within 50 miles of Dearborn, MI—in which case we request on-site presence up to 4 days a week.
