We're looking for a seasoned engineering leader to manage a software engineering team within NVIDIA's GeForce NOW Developer Portal (GDP) organization, supporting internal and external users. What Will You Be Doing:
- Gain and maintain a deep understanding of how the GeForce NOW Developer Portal (GDP) organization builds and operates the various components that support NVIDIA's cloud gaming ecosystem
- Develop, guide, and supervise a team of engineers in their daily activities.
- Partner with multiple internal teams to develop roadmaps, development strategies and processes.
- Gather high-level requirements and influence the design and implementation of the team's software products.
- Present regular status updates and deep dives to various audiences, including internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Organize, deploy and coordinate partner support activities and infrastructure.
What We Need To See:
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related areas (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ overall years of overall experience designing and building distributed software systems, including edge and networking services, with 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams of engineers with diverse technical backgrounds across organizations.
- Experience building and operating services on AWS, including EKS, ECS Fargate, ALB/NLB, WAF, and ACM.
- Strong ability to write code in mainstream systems programming languages such as Golang, Java, C, C++, or Rust
- Experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration (containerd, CRI-O, Docker), and infrastructure-as-code tooling (Terraform/OpenTofu, Helm, GitOps/ArgoCD)
- Experience with real-time, low-latency streaming systems such as WebRTC
- Demonstrated ability to design and operate partner- and developer-facing APIs (REST/GraphQL) at scale
- Experience with secrets management and Identity and Access Management approaches (e.g., Vault, IAM), production observability and incident response, and the ability to reach cross-functional consensus while dealing with ambiguity.
