Primary Responsibilities:
- Planned and conducted requirements elicitation meetings with the business to collect functional and non-functional requirements relating to client's Salesforce technology enhancement and initiatives
- Conducted brainstorming sessions with the development team to actively involve them during the requirements stage level analysis
- Worked towards preparation of requirements management plan, business and functional requirement documents
- Created data flow diagrams and process flow diagrams to facilitate better system understanding
- Follow project plans for executing projects using Agile as well as Waterfall
- Methodologies to ensure the project are delivered on time and beyond customer expectations
- Utilize data science techniques and tools to analyze, interpret, and draw insights from large datasets
- Develop predictive models and algorithms to solve complex business problems
- Implement and maintain data pipelines using SSIS
- Work with Salesforce Einstein and GPT to enhance customer experience and drive sales effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and evaluate data-driven solutions
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in data science, Python programming, and Salesforce technologies
- Document the various project artifacts to ensure that these are following best practices and are delivered to the customer on time
- Designing and providing scalable solutions for Applications & practice needs
- Managing & Mentoring Scrum Team and Project Team
- Building Capability Decks for the practice
- Representing Offshore Team
Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of overall experience in Software Development
- 5+ years of relevant Salesforce Experience
- 2+ years of experience in lightening/LWC
- 2+ years of experience as a technical lead
- 1+ years of ChatGPT , Prompt engineering experience
- Solid Salesforce experience in customization
- Solid Experience in Building Integrations
- Experience in leading teams
- Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein and GPT is a plus
- Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of Sales, Service & Community Clouds
- Good understanding of SFDC object and able to defining custom objects
- Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Process Builder, Approval Process, Reports, Dash Boards, Integration (SOAP & REST), Canvas APP, Sharing and Security Models
- Requirement elicitation
- Proven ability to define the Application Intent & Artifacts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Architect certification
- Health Cloud
- UI Experience ,Any JS Framework(JQuery, Angular JS,CSS )
- Sales & Service Cloud Certifications
- Python or Node.js
- Devops pipeline setup using Jenkins, GitHub and scripting languages in Jenkins
