Primary Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop software applications and application components in an agile environment using the .NET Core, RestAPIs, Python programming languages and frameworks
  • UI Development skills using Angular
  • Develop and manage Azure cloud ready applications
  • Implementing best engineering practices on Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, CI,CD,CT, and automated code reviews
  • Development of ETL packages using SSIS
  • Be able to define in-scope, out-of-scope and taken assumptions while creating effort estimates
  • Optimize the application code and maintain good design practices
  • Troubleshoot, debug, resolve software defects and issues
  • Independently own and deliver in timely manner with high quality
  • Analyze and resolving security vulnerabilities within the application before pushing the code into Git repositories
  • Create innovative solutions to meet the needs of the business and to improve the overall health and reliability of the applications
  • Coach and mentor other developers in the team

Required Qualifications:
  • B.Tech/MCA/Msc/MTech (Minimum 16 years of formal education)
  • 8+ years in a software engineer role before and know how to contribute to a culture of appreciation and continuous peer feedback
  • Solid hands-on experience in SQL database and SSIS
  • Solid hands-on experience in C#, .Net Core, Angular, CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience working in Power BI Tools and /or AI-driven stacks is a plus
  • Extensive experience in Agile and Scrum. You know how to work within teams against a single backlog, and how to enable true CI/CD
  • Good understanding on Performance tuning
  • Exposure to: LLMs (Azure OpenAI / OpenAI / similar) and Prompt engineering techniques

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Healthcare domain knowledge
  • Development of AI components using Python. Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol)
  • MongoDB (NoSQL data modeling)
