Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend applications using Java (17/21)
- Build and optimize REST APIs and microservices
- Work extensively with SQL Server; ensure performance and data integrity
- Write clean, efficient code and solve complex technical problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Primary Skills (Backend)
- Solid experience in Java (Java 17 and above; preferably Java 21)
- Experience in designing and developing scalable backend systems, REST APIs, and microservices
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server (mandatory) including query optimization and database design
- Solid coding, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Cloud Skills
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure
- Understanding of cloud-native application development and deployment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Frontend
- Basic knowledge or working experience with React JS
- Support frontend integration using React JS
- Exposure to MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
