Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with application owners and Architect to execute system integrations; work with application owners to build understanding of systems or APIs involved in integrations
- Understand how integrations impact system supply chain
- Develop software that meets user story acceptance criteria
- Thoughtfully apply automation to improve user efficiency
- Automate test cases for fellow developers' work
- Support business partners in development and maintenance of system
- Support production users through monitoring and working incident tickets
- Attend daily standups to keep others informed of your progress and to collaborate with fellow team members
- Ensure system is securely developed for reusability and resiliency
- Review API documentation to understand how to develop integrations with given APIs or systems
- Service Now Developer and Admin
- Business rules, Script Includes, Scheduled jobs,AJAX, Jelly Scripting
- Access Security Rules, Form layouts, System Cloning and Upgrade
- Client Scripting, UI Policies, Data Policies
- Service Catalogs, Record Producers, Order Guide, Service Portal
- SLA, OLA, Email Actions (Inbound, outbound)
- UI Pages, UI Actions, Flow designers, Workflows
- Debugging ability to find root cause of production issues
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- System Admin Certification
- ServiceNow Application Development Certification
- 7+ years working experience as Application developer and Integration Expert in ServiceNow product modules
- Working experience of Integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules with Strong Knowledge of Service Catalog, System Web Services -Rest & Soap
- Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications
- Experience and end-users to co-innovate and test the requirements
- Good knowledge of Java Script and Scripting, HTML, CSS
- Familiar with Agile Delivery Model
- Aware of Database and SQL commands
- Solid understanding of ITSM, ITIL, CMDB and CSM processes and workflows
- Proven solid prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities
- Proven ability to drive solution development through big-picture solution development
- Proven ability to serve as a team lead and coach employees at lower levels
- Proven ability to analyses and identify technical drawbacks and increase process efficiency by re-thinking
- Proven to be self-driven, critical thinking, analytical abilities, flexibility, adaptability to work schedules, effective verbal & written communication, time management, self-confidence, open to changes & challenges, sound independent decision making and teamwork
