Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI applications using Python, LangGraph, LangChain, and Azure AI services
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions including embeddings, vector search, indexing, retrieval, and grounding
- Develop backend services, REST APIs, and scalable microservices using Python, Flask, FastAPI, .NET Core, and C#
- Design and implement multi-agent systems, prompt orchestration, memory architectures, and AI workflow automation
- Deploy and manage applications on Azure services including AKS, App Services, Functions, Cosmos DB, Storage Accounts, Service Bus, and Event Hubs
- Establish CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and observability best practices
- Identify production and non-production issues and optimize applications for scalability, performance, reliability, and cloud cost efficiency
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Solid hands-on experience in Python, Flask, FastAPI, REST API development, and microservices architecture
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI, and LLM-based application development
- Solid experience designing and implementing RAG solutions, vector databases, embedding pipelines, and semantic search
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as Cosmos DB and MongoDB
- Solid experience in Azure/AWS application development, infrastructure, networking, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Docker containers, Kubernetes orchestration, and cloud-native application development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep) and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions
- Knowledge of MLOps, AI application lifecycle management, and model monitoring
- Understanding of application security, CodeQL, and Azure/AWS security best practices
