Primary Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Own software architecture, design reviews, code quality, and engineering best practices
- Team Management: Hire, mentor, and manage performance for 4+ software engineers
- Delivery & Strategy: Manage product lifecycles, project milestones, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product, product management, and cross-functional teams for on-time delivery
- Operational Excellence: Drive adoption of AI/ML, DevOps, and cloud-native engineering
- Optimize performance, parallel processing, and distributed computing, while implementing auto-scaling strategies
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders to define requirements and performance expectations, often in a client-facing, on-site, or hybrid capacity
- Implement microservices and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes) utilizing CI/CD toolchains (TFS, Git, Jenkins). Integrate AI/ML pipelines and enable AI-driven automation across the SDLC
- Implement security best practices, including access controls, encryption, and network segmentation to meet industry standards
- Provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and support to ensure high availability and performance
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years experience in C#.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, Windows Services, Angular, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, HTTP REST calls
- 2+ years hands-on experience with Azure/AWS services, AI/ML
- Experience of implementing solutions with personal accountability for delivering on time
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Proven experience integrating AI/ML processes into cloud and DevOps workflows
- Solid team working skills across client, supplier and geographically dispersed virtual teams
- Ability to hire, mentor, and manage performance for 4+ software engineers.
- Ability to own software design, code reviews, code quality, and engineering best practices.
- Ability to partner with product, product management, and cross-functional teams for on-time delivery.
- Proficient with Git and DevOps practices
