Responsibilities:

  • Lead a fast moving agile team, working with the internally developed tools and technologies such as SalesForce
  • Support other product delivery partners in the successful build, test, and release of solutions 
  • Solve problems by crafting software solutions using maintainable and modular code. 
  • Lead daily team standup meetings where you'll give and receive updates on the current backlog and challenges. 
  • Provides thought leadership and technical expertise across the PBM technology organization 
  • Utilize end-to-end knowledge of product ecosystem, business transactions, technology stack, dependencies, and engineering practices to ensure applications are designed and constructed using solid engineering patterns  
  • Encourage innovation and diversity of thought to solve complex business problems 
  • Partner with business and technical product owners to optimize working relationships and clarify roles and responsibilities 
  • Takes accountability for the technology assets owned by the team.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization. 
  • Strongly influencing negotiation skills. 
  • Strong interpersonal relationship management skills. 
  • Strong time and project management skills. 
  • Familiarity with agile methodology including SCRUM team leadership.  
  • Familiarity with modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior/test driven development, and specification by example. 
  • Hands on experience with Sales Cloud, Copado, Git, Apex and Trigger Designing, Flows, LWC
  • Solid understanding of OOP and Design Patterns
  • Experience in building REST APIs/Microservices 
  • Strong understanding of parallel processing, concurrency and asynchronous concepts 
  • Experience with SOQL and SOSL
  • Proficient in internal integration with Third Party System (liveprovider.com)
  • CI/CD experience: must have GitHub experience. 

Required Experience & Education: 

  • 8-14 years of professional experience including people leader experience.
  • Must have a Bachelor of computer engineering degree
  • Proven experience leading/managing technical teams with a passion for developing the talent within the team.  
  • Experience with vendor management in an onshore/offshore model. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization. 
  • Preferred: Industry certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Six Sigma Green Belt 

Desired Experience:  

  • Healthcare experience including Disease Management
  • Coaching of team members
