Wells Fargo is seeking for a Digital Product Management Senior Manager - Executive Director role. As the AI Lead of Innovation for India CIB, you will lead a high-performing team aligned with the Global CIB Innovation group. This role requires strategic leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver transformative AI-driven solutions across the organization.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop teams of digital professionals, supporting the development and execution of digital strategy within a business line or functional area
- Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners and peers associated with the function or affected by its outcomes
- Identify and recommend opportunities for programs and initiatives with impact across the business line and may have impact beyond the business line
- Determine appropriate strategy and actions of the team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables
- Interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with moderate complexity within scope of responsibility
- Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior managers
- Interact directly with external customers
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in aligned department or business group
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
- 7+ years of digital product management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- Experience in strategic leadership, transformation, business execution, and AI solution development and implementation, demonstrated through work experience.
- Deep knowledge of Corporate & Investment Banking with exposure to products and asset classes.
- Proven experience in AI/GenAI from ideation to solution development to implementation in CIB, with strong understanding of business use cases.
- Experience in prompt engineering initiatives to standardize and scale AI-driven processes across the organization.
- Up-to-date knowledge of AI/ML technologies, libraries, and tools. Demonstrates advance proficiency in leveraging Langchain, Langgraph, and Model Context Protocol to architect scalable, context-aware AI solutions.
- Substantial experience in the development and implementation of agentic AI solutions, contributing to the automation and enhancement of complex business operations.
- Possesses practical experience with Document Intelligence and Agent space platforms to extract insights and enable intelligent automation.
- Has had demonstrable experience in applying chunking, data vectorization, hallucination mitigation and retrieval-augmented generation techniques within language model workflows.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to execute transformation projects and deliver initiatives to completion.
- Demonstrated success in leadership roles, including team building and management.
- Make decisions in complex, multifaceted situations and demonstrate ownership of end-to-end project management.
- Mentor and guide less experienced Strategy and Execution staff.
- Manage resource allocation (people and financial) for Business Execution.
- Foster a culture of talent development aligned with business objectives.
- 3+years of experience with modern databases, cloud environments, and data ecosystems.
- Ability to define and lead large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively across complex organizational structures, fostering collaboration and adaptability.
