Software Engineering Associate Analyst
Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented college graduates to join our Production Support team. In this role, you will help ensure the smooth operation of business-critical applications by monitoring systems, identifying issues, and supporting day-to-day application operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in application support, system monitoring, and incident handling while learning industry best practices in a real-time production environment.
Responsibilities:
• Be a team contributor in a team of Engineers and Analysts in triaging technical and functional issues.
• Day-to-day ticket triage (coding skills), monitoring the ticket queues.
• Debugging production issues using Java / Spring Boot.
• Conduct regression checkouts, both ad hoc and planned.
• Create, coordinate, and track the resolution of stories required for fixing tickets.
• Monitoring jobs and reacting to job issues.
• Release checkout POCs.
• Ad hoc data research.
• On-call support, night shifts, available to work in one of four shifts. Rotation over weekends, with weekday comp offs.
- Knowledge on OpenShift / AWS Cloud technologies.
Qualifications:
• College degree (Bachelor) in related technical areas or equivalent work experience.
• Basic knowledge of any of the following technologies: Java, TypeScript, MongoDB, Cloud technologies (AWS preferably)
• Strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and suggest rectification options.
- Having any certifications is an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications:
• College degree (BE or BTech)
- Preferably Computer background.
Industry / Domain Experience Needed:
• Ability to navigate a geographically diverse team and communicate effectively.
• Familiarity with cloud-based architecture and its usage in complex applications.
• Passion for analysis and learning to grow, adapting to a fast-changing environment.
Location & Hours of Work
- Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate
- Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India
