Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Implementation: Develop and configure contact flows, integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services (like Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, etc.) and third-party systems (like CRM platforms).

- Programming Languages: Proficiency in one or more programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Infrastructure as Code: Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like CloudFormation or Terraform.
- Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams.
- Cloud Contact Center Experience: Experience in the cloud contact center space
