About the Role:

As a Software Engineer, your role will involve performing implementation, regular problem solving, maintenance and support for agile software development.
What you will do:
- Develop and customize applications using Microsoft PowerApps to meet specific business requirements.
- Analyze and implement requirements to ensure that the applications developed align with the organization's needs.
- Ensure proper access control and security measures are in place for data.
- Optimize database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval processes.
- Provide technical support to end-users.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
What you will have:
- Software Development: Knowledge of software development tools and activities; ability to produce software products or systems in line with product requirements.
- Software Development Life Cycle: Knowledge of software development life cycle; ability to use a structured methodology for delivering and managing new or enhanced software products to the marketplace.
- Software Product Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of technical aspects of a software products; ability to design, configure and integrate technical aspects of software products.
- Software Integration Engineering: Knowledge of software integration processes and functions; ability to design, develop and maintain interfaces and linkage to alternative platforms and software packages.
- Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft PowerApps / Power Automate
- Experience with Power BI
Top Candidates Will Have:
- Experience developing with SQL
- Experience working in a Microsoft Azure environment
- Experience with React

Summary Pay Range:
$97,530.00 - $158,480.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
