Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience delivering software in large, distributed technical ecosystem using agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban or XP
- Proficient with JavaScript, Typescript, React, MongoDB, CI_CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub), testing concepts and frameworks
- Familiarity with AWS, Cloud Foundry, REST APIs, AI capabilities (e.g., MS CoPilot)
- A thorough grasp of technology concepts, design and development tools, DevOps, system architecture and technical standards
- Experience and understanding of application observability/analytics tools such as Splunk and Data Dog
- Strong oral and written communication skills with experience writing technical documentation and explaining technical concepts to audiences of varied roles and backgrounds
- Collaborative workstyle, demonstrated initiative, and the ability to balance your time and efforts across multiple priorities
- Agile engineering capabilities and product thinking mindset
Education:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience

Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
