WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design and build robust, scalable backend systems to power our AI algorithms and applications.

• Collaborate with the web crawling and AI team to develop indexing pipelines and guide data acquisition strategies.

• Craft scalable and efficient data structures to organize vast volumes of legal data.

• Rapidly prototype and develop software to improve, automate, or accelerate internal processes.

• Follow best practices, coding standards, and participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Solid experience with Python is essential.

• 3+ years of experience in designing and developing scalable backend systems.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Familiarity with full-text search, vector databases, or similar scalable search systems.

• A passion for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies in the rapidly evolving field of NLP and ML.

• Knowledge of ML and AI is not required but is preferred.
