Champion System Scalability: Take full ownership of performance-critical systems, optimizing both front-end and back-end architecture to ensure peak efficiency under high-load conditions.
Master Performance Forensics: Use advanced profiling and monitoring tools to identify and resolve complex bottlenecks across application, database, and network layers.
Drive Proactive Innovation: Integrate performance testing directly into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring clean, testable, and high-speed code is the standard.
Influence the Future: Lead architectural reviews and mentor junior engineers on performance-conscious design, ensuring every new feature is built to scale.
Essential Skills & Experience
5+ years of Software Engineering experience, with at least 3 years specifically focused on performance engineering.
Advanced Full-Stack Proficiency in C#, Python, or Java, combined with a deep understanding of concurrency and data structures.
Database & Infrastructure Expertise: Solid grasp of SQL Server tuning, MongoDB, Redis, and messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Expert Profiling Skills: Experience with APM platforms (New Relic, Datadog) and deep-dive tools like Debugdiag or WinDbg.
Bonus Points For
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
Proficiency in designing and refining prompts for Generative AI platforms like Copilot or Cursor AI.
