This is a unique opportunity to work as a full-stack engineer on Trimble Connect, our flagship collaboration platform, where you will explore emerging technologies like Augmented Reality and 3D visualization. You will have a direct hand in creating the front-end infrastructure for our next-generation cloud experience, working in a highly international environment to deliver world-class solutions for the built environment.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-performance front-end infrastructure and framework libraries that power our cloud collaboration platform.
Build and optimize 3D model services and features to enhance user interaction with complex construction data.
Collaborate cross-functionally with designers and architects to streamline product development and deliver a seamless end-to-end user experience.
Leverage a modern tech stack, including AWS and React, to create scalable systems that promote environmentally conscious digital workflows.
Design and implement robust REST APIs and web services to ensure deep connectivity across our ecosystem of applications.
Essential Skills & Experience
2+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals.
Proven expertise in the React ecosystem and front-end development best practices.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), specifically S3, EC2, and Containerization.
Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and building RESTful web services.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing frameworks like Cypress or Nx tools.
Bonus Points For:
Experience with Python or advanced EcmaScript specifications.
Background in the Architecture/Construction industry, specifically in 3D data or model management.
Knowledge of micro-frontends, browser-based debugging, and application telemetry.
A passion for managing complex data sets and connecting disparate systems.
