The Software Engineer will manage software development projects related to customer upgrades. You will coordinate customer deliverables and provide software solutions for customer issues utilizing the Aras Innovator platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, manage, collaborate and resolve customer problems related to the Aras Innovator product family
- Develop custom code to address customer specific requirements
- Manage and perform customer software upgrades
- Assist in software solution release process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and/or Engineering
- 2-5+ years of experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Motivated by a fast paced, team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL is a plus
- Experience with C# is a plus
- Experience with Web Application development is a plus
The position is HYBRID in Andover, MA - you must be able to work a hybrid schedule (Wednesday & Thursday In-Office). We do not provide relocation assistance.
