The team’s setup
This role offers exciting opportunity to join our Interactions Group, working on Glia's core communication systems. You'll be part of teams either building and maintaining core interaction systems that orchestrate communications between agents, visitors, and supervisors, or developing text-based communication functionality across Glia's ChannelLess® architecture.
Both teams are fundamental to Glia's infrastructure, ensuring high fault tolerance, reliability, and smooth communication between all parties - agents, clients, supervisors, and external users. It is not often that we hire someone from outside to join these core teams, making this a unique opportunity to fast-track your career and learn from our most tenured and senior team members.
Our teams are distributed across Estonia (Tallinn and Tartu) and Poland, operating in the Eastern European time zone (EET/EEST).

- CI/CD: Jenkins
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible
- Other: AWS services, Kafka, GitHub
