We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to address complex challenges and deliver high-quality customer experiences. You will contribute to the evolution of our successful Advertiser platform, working on both legacy systems and new projects to develop reliable, scalable software solutions. You will gain valuable experience in the field of click advertising.
The ideal candidate will analyze intricate issues, devise effective solutions, and enhance our existing codebase. Key Responsibilities
- Drive the software development life cycle (SDLC) within a microservice-based architecture, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of software applications from inception to deployment.
- Optimize applications for efficiency, scalability, and maintainability while ensuring security and data protection.
- Participate in on-call rotation to support production systems and ensure system reliability.
- Collaborate, mentor with peers while being open to reciprocal learning.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and troubleshooting sessions.
- Foster communication and collaboration across engineering teams, management, and stakeholders.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to improve engineering processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Approximately 5 years or equivalent experience, with project leadership experience in advertising technology, cloud services, or large-scale web applications.
- Experience with microservice-based architectures emphasizing scalability and robustness.
- Proficiency in Node.js and front-end frameworks like Vue.js, React, or Angular. Experience with CSS frameworks will be a plus.
- Expertise in AWS and Azure, with hands-on service deployment and management.
- Experience with cloud-native applications.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in distributed and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with both transactional and non-transactional queues.
- Solid understanding of software design patterns and core programming methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a creative approach.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with AI models for code generation and refining AI-generated outputs.
- Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Experience with AWS and Azure cloud storage solutions, including partition management.
- Experience with messaging systems like Kinesis Streams and Eventhub Streams; familiarity with Kafka is a plus.
- Experience in database design and management with DynamoDB, SQL (e.g., Snowflake), or similar.
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Skills in performance tuning, optimization, and cloud cost management.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and iterative product development.
- Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Slack, and Confluence.

The base pay range for this position in Seattle/New York/Colorado/California is $100,000-130,000 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
