Salesforce, Inc. seeks Software Engineer in Mountain View, CA:

Job Duties: Works as part of the cloud team to design and develop cloud systems. Deliver high-quality, scalable, production-ready backend code in Java in an Agile development methodology to ensure the stability, security, and scalability of cloud system architecture. Design and build features for our cloud solution, as well as research and test feature functionalities and fixes. Collaborate with engineers and developers to determine design solutions for the purpose of ensuring the compatibility of system components. Complete models and simulations, using manual or automated tools, to analyze or predict system performance under different operating conditions. Work with other engineering teams to evaluate existing systems and provide optimization recommendations for technical requirements. Telecommuting and remote employment permitted.

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Computer Engineering).

Special Skill Requirements: 1. Java; 2. MySQL; 3. RESTful API Design; 4. AWS Cloud Computing including EC2, SQS, and S3; 5. Microservices Architecture; 6. Search Engine Solr; and 7. Git for version control. Telecommuting and remote employment permitted.

Salary: $172,931.00 - $188,600.00 per annum.
