Software Engineer

We are seeking experienced Software Engineers to support the delivery of an AI Fabric Platform, a strategic enterprise initiative focused on accelerating conversational AI capabilities across the organization. AI Fabric provides shared services for bot onboarding, conversation orchestration, intelligent routing, integrations, observability, voice infrastructure, and production readiness. The platform enables teams to rapidly build and scale conversational AI experiences while reducing duplicate development and fragmented point-to-point integrations. The ideal candidates will have strong experience building cloud-native applications, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems, along with the ability to contribute across backend platform engineering and modern web application development.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop reusable AI Fabric platform services, APIs, microservices, and web applications.
• Build secure integrations, conversation orchestration, intelligent routing, and transfer capabilities.
• Develop and support LiveKit-based voice and real-time communication solutions.
• Build self-service experiences for onboarding, administration, monitoring, and platform operations.
• Implement reliability, observability, security, and production-readiness standards across platform services.
• Partner with product, architecture, security, and operations teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement by applying modern engineering practices and AI tools to increase development productivity, quality, and delivery efficiency.

• 6+ years of experience building cloud-native applications, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems using Go.
• Strong experience with GCP or Azure and modern CI/CD practices.
• Solid knowledge of system design, event-driven architectures, scalability, security, reliability, and observability.
• Experience developing modern web applications using React or similar frameworks.
• Experience with CloudFlare.
• Experience with enterprise integrations, production support, troubleshooting, and operational readiness.
• Experience with LiveKit, conversational AI, contact center, voice/telephony, Kafka, Databricks, or AI/ML technologies is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively use enterprise-approved AI tools.
