DUTIES: Deliver content into mainline software using GIT. Extract copy and text strings from specifications, Axure, and Sketch files using automated tools. Support Translation Memory tool development. Create specifications for localization guidelines. Establish specifications for changes to Translation Memory and Strings Management System. Conduct design reviews with User Interface Design to prevent any localization issues. Identify root cause defects in error tracking systems. Work with external development teams, suppliers, and third-party translation houses. Perform quality analysis on translated strings using translation quality assurance tools. Hybrid Work Policy - 3 days In-office, 2 days remote - Must be able to report to local office.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study. Two (2) years of experience as an IT Consultant; Software Consultant; and Software Developer. Two (2) years of experience with the following: Change management systems, including IBM Rational Team Concert and JIRA; Agile software development; Android platform and development; Working with Software teams; GIT version control handling rebases, merges, and handling merge conflicts; Localization; and Programming languages including C#, Windows Applications, and SQL PostGRE.
