Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking an innovative and skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our Information Technology team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform across installed modules, building custom workflows and system integrations, and accelerating Artificial Intelligence (AI) adoption through Now Assist to enhance organizational efficiency. You will work closely with the ServiceNow Solutions Architect and cross-functional business stakeholders within a dynamic Agile environment to translate requirements into scalable platform solutions.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
Design and Implement Solutions: Build, configure, and maintain ServiceNow custom applications, Service Catalog items, agentic workflows, and Now Assist Artificial Intelligence (AI) skills to drive platform automation and operational efficiency.
Collaborate and Integrate: Partner with internal project teams, implementation partners, and business stakeholders to develop custom Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and integration spokes that connect ServiceNow seamlessly with enterprise systems.
Maintain Platform Health and Standards: Conduct impact analyses for platform enhancements and perform regular system version upgrades to ensure vendor compliance, maintainability, and alignment with organizational performance standards.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
3+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, with exposure to modules such as Information Technology Service Management (ITSM), Information Technology Operations Management (ITOM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), Customer Service Management (CSM), or Services Process Optimization (SPO).
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), web services, and enterprise integration techniques.
Proven ability in problem-solving, impact analysis, cross-functional stakeholder collaboration, and Agile development methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related technical field, alongside a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and a strong understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principles.
