Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software components and applications for Grid Software and power system solutions.
  • Develop features using C++, Java, and modern software development technologies while adhering to engineering best practices.
  • Participate in code refactoring and modernization initiatives to improve maintainability, performance, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and domain experts to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Translate power systems and utility business requirements into efficient and reliable software implementations.
  • Develop and implement algorithms, data structures, and analytical functions within product modules.
  • Contribute to software design, code reviews, unit testing, and debugging activities.
  • Apply Agile development practices, CI/CD, automated testing, security, and quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot application performance, defects, and production issues.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver software features on time and with high quality.
