Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain PEGA applications using PEGA best practices
- Configure case management, workflows, business rules, and integrations
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Participate in requirement discussions, design reviews, and sprint activities
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and issue resolution to ensure application quality
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams
- Support application deployments and production issue troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with PEGA standards, performance, and security guidelines
- Leverage PEGA AI capabilities and support basic AI-driven automation initiatives
- Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies and deliver assigned work within sprint timelines
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification
- 4+ years of experience in PEGA application development and implementation
- Experience with PEGA integrations, REST/SOAP services, and database concepts
- Solid knowledge of PEGA Case Management, BPM, and workflow development
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Demonstrated solid analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Demonstrated excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualification:
- Basic knowledge of AI/Intelligent Automation capabilities within PEGA
